Payments, timelines, shipping and what’s included — the short answers.
How long does a quote take?
Quotes usually come back in about a week. Build time depends on the slot queue; you’ll get a timeline with the quote.
How do payments work?
A non-refundable deposit reserves your slot after we agree on the quote. The remaining balance is due before shipping. Never send money before we agree in writing.
Can I pay in instalments?
The quote form lets you choose “Monthly installment” as your budget option, so you can ask about it in your request.
What do I need to send?
Your ref sheet, species, colors and the type of suit you want. Original art only — no AI. Fullsuits later need shoe size, a hand tracing and head circumference.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Suits ship worldwide. Shipping and insurance are extra. Customs, VAT and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
What do the listed prices include?
Listed prices are labor only. Fur, VAT and shipping are extra, and species, colors, padding and extras change the quote.
Are follow-me eyes standard?
Yes, 3D follow-me eyes are standard and splash-resistant. 2D eyes are available on request.
Do heads have moving jaws?
Standard heads have a static jaw. Moving jaws are available on skull heads only.
Is there a warranty?
Construction issues reported promptly can be repaired. Wear, heat damage and unsupervised washing are not covered.
Do I need to be 18+?
Yes. The quote form asks you to confirm you’ve read the terms and are 18 or older.
When do commission slots open?
Commission slots open when a suit ships. Send a quote request any time and we’ll reply with availability.
