Get your ref sheet ready
Your reference sheet is the blueprint: species, colors and markings, ideally front and side views. Original art only — no AI. See the ref sheet guide.

Send the quote form
Tell us your name, email, suit type, species, colors and budget, add a link to your ref sheet and any notes. You must be 18+ and agree to the terms. Open the quote form.

Get your quote — usually in about a week
We reply by email with the price and a timeline. Listed prices are labor only: fur, VAT and shipping are extra, and species, colors, padding and extras change the number. Your quote is the real figure.

Agree in writing, then pay the deposit
Once you’re happy with the quote, a non-refundable deposit reserves your slot. Never send money before we agree in writing. If spreading the cost helps, you can pick “Monthly installment” as your budget option and ask about it.

Send your measurements (fullsuits)
For fullsuits we need your shoe size, a hand tracing and your head circumference.

We build your suit
Build time depends on the slot queue — you get a timeline with your quote. Commission slots open when a suit ships.

Pay the balance, and we ship
The remaining balance is due before shipping. Suits ship worldwide. Shipping and insurance are extra; customs, VAT and duties are the buyer’s responsibility. After delivery, construction issues reported promptly can be repaired (wear, heat damage and unsupervised washing aren’t covered).

How long does a quote take?
